🏗️ Construction Update Even though the holiday season is behind us, work on the villa never stopped. Over the past month, we’ve made solid progress across several key areas. 🚪 The main entrance door is now installed and equipped with an electronic lock. On the second floor, the base layer for SPC flooring is ready, with installation planned for this week. 🚿 The bathrooms continue to take shape. We’re currently waiting for the delivery of toilets to move forward and complete the next design stages. 💡 In the living room, ceiling rail systems for lighting have been installed. Downlight positions throughout the villa are marked, and installation will begin shortly. ⚡💧 Requests for permanent electricity and water connections have been submitted. This will allow us to test all core systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage. 🌿 In the garden, foundation works for the outdoor relaxation area are complete. Flooring installation and landscaping are coming next. At the front of the property, preparations are underway to organize the entrance area, conceal technical elements, and prepare the landscape. The entrance gate is currently in production and will slide neatly between the fence and the house. 🚗 Overall, progress is steady and clearly visible. ✨ And since furnishing hasn’t started yet, this is a great moment for a future owner to personalize key interior elements to their own taste. New update at Serena Villas A milestone week on the site. The window frames are finally being installed, and the full windows with insulated glass will follow very soon. This will completely transform the atmosphere inside the villa. The team is also working on the decorative wood-style ceiling on the terraces. It is one of the signature exterior elements that brings warmth and architectural character to the house. Tile installation continues both around the villa and inside the bathrooms. We use large-format slabs, which means the work is very precise and almost jewelry-level in detail. Every cut and alignment is done millimeter by millimeter.
